Partner with management to translate business needs into effective HR action plans.

Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, administration, and performance management.
Standardize, review, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, performance management systems).
Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law and internal regulations.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance and a positive working environment.
Lead initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
Handle complex labor issues and support management in sensitive HR cases.
