Tổng quan

Identify, develop, and expand the dealer network and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
Develop sales plans and implement business development and market expansion activities.
Introduce, present, consult on, and negotiate the company's products with customers.
Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and recommend business improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
Follow up on customer payments and support timely debt collection.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Dealer Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, energetic, responsible, and results-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willing to travel for business when required.
