- Create and manage ocean export documentation
- Handle relevant ACR (Advance Cargo Reporting) activities
- Evaluate and maximize profitability of individual shipment
- Verify, create reservations, finish income & cost into TMS (TANGO)
- Enter shipment, cargo, and container information into TMS (TANGO)
- Coordinate with shippers/carriers for shipping instructions and documentation
- Prepare, verify, and release Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL)
- Monitor shipment status and update schedules (ETD, ETA, ATD)
- Create reservations & finish invoices on time
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice (cost & income)
- Review costs, revenues, and profitability of shipments
- Escalate billing issues, losses, or discrepancies when needed
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer KPIs
