Tổng quan

  • Design and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter and React Native
  • Ensure consistent performance and responsiveness across platforms (iOS/Android)
  • Design, build mobile or web applications with a strong focus on product quality and user experience
  • Work closely with product owners, project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end
  • Take ownership of features or technical areas, from concept to production
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Review code and contribute to improving engineering standards
  • Identify performance, stability, or usability issues and fix them proactively
  • Solid 5–8+ years of professional full-stack mobile development (both Flutter and React Native) and experienced in IT outsourcing companies.
  • Capable of independently handling multiple big mobile projects simultaneously, including architecture, development, integrations, troubleshooting, and delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting project timelines.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using premium AI coding tools such as Claude (Pro/Max), ChatGPT (Plus/Pro), Codex, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate software development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and problem-solving. Demonstrates strong ability to prompt, review, validate, and improve AI-generated code, rather than simply copying AI output.
  • Clear and concise English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong experience with subabase, React Native, Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management, including BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or equivalent. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and scalable code organization.
  • Strong understanding of responsive UI and adaptive layouts across different screen sizes and devices.
  • Strong experience implementing UI/UX designs accurately and efficiently.
  • Good understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.
