  • Ideate and produce localized content across various channels, including static visuals, videos, and diverse forms of copywriting/captions, ensuring the brand and products are communicated effectively to meet marketing objectives.
  • Ensure strict quality control (QC) of all locally produced content, maintaining perfect alignment with the core Brand Guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative communication campaigns tailored to the local market. Leverage various digital marketing strategies to capture attention, drive engagement, and support the brand's overarching marketing goals.
  • Receive Master Assets (e.g., Hero Videos, Core Messages) from the Regional team and localize them through "Transcreation"—adapting the context, tone, and messaging to seamlessly fit local consumer behaviors, preferences, and cultural trends.
  • Source, brief, and manage local Influencers/KOLs to ensure product reviews and demonstrations accurately reflect the Key Messages.
  • Oversee Community Management by interacting with customers on local social media platforms and actively creating real-time/trend-jacking content based on local social currents.
  • Closely monitor and analyze competitors' marketing communications within the local market.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and the digital landscape to identify new communication opportunities and agilely optimize marketing plans to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Consolidate data and generate performance reports (Weekly/Monthly) covering social media metrics and ongoing campaigns.
  • Conduct Post-Campaign Analysis to summarize key learnings, pinpoint challenges, and provide actionable recommendations. Feedback these Local Insights to the Head Office for future strategy refinement.
