Tổng quan

  • Understand business objectives, user problems, and product requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional requirements.
  • Identify requirement gaps, edge cases, dependencies, risks, and impacts on existing user journeys.
  • Work with Product Owners and Designers to clarify scope, user flows, and expected product behavior.
  • Support Engineers and QA by clarifying requirements during development and testing.
  • Review delivered features to ensure they meet requirements and business objectives.
  • Analyze data to investigate problems, validate assumptions, and support product decisions.
  • Proactively follow up on open questions, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Use AI tools to improve requirement analysis, research, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar product role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to write clear, logical, and testable product requirements.
  • Good data analysis skills and ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, research, documentation, and productivity.
  • Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated outputs.
  • Experience with mobile or web products is a strong advantage.
