- Responsible in performing routine and specialized tests (including physico – chemical, biological and Sensory) necessary for new product development activities.
- Review ingredient performance, nutritional profiles, conduct testing on prototypes and providing feedback on formulation stability and shelf life.
- Recording, analyzing, and interpreting test results to prepare detailed reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing and handling various samples, specimens, or materials for testing.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and calibration standards. Perform and monitor calibration protocol and/or program for ALL equipment in the Laboratory.
- Provides support on sensory activities for stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory consumables inventory management system.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
