Provide real-time interpretation between Korean, English, and Vietnamese during meetings, negotiations, and site visits involving the Head of Engineering and/or Project Team.
Accurately convey technical, commercial, and legal content without altering meaning, tone, or intent.
Translate technical specifications, drawings annotations, correspondence, reports, and presentations between Korean, English, and Vietnamese.
Maintain consistent terminology, tone, and formatting across all translated materials.
Manage calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and correspondence for the Project Team.
Organize, file, and track project documentation and records.
Provide general office support and complete other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Proofread and edit translated documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Research and standardize industry-specific terminology in coordination with internal technical departments.
Act as the communication bridge between the Korean customer and DEEP C internal departments, and with government authorities when required.
Follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely resolution and clear communication among all parties.
