Execute day-to-day HR Ops transactions — onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and records management — accurately and on tight deadlines.
Follow documented SOPs precisely and flag process gaps or exceptions rather than improvising around them.
Respond to a high volume of employee and manager inquiries via ticketing system, email, and phone, often under time pressure.
Maintain HRIS data integrity, including audits and periodic clean-up projects.
Prepare clear, accurate written communications, policy summaries, and process documentation in English.
Support compliance activities, including recordkeeping and reporting deadlines.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, process updates, and volume spikes without loss of accuracy.
Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Legal to resolve operational issues.
Schedule & Overtime
This role operates in a demanding, deadline-driven environment. Overtime is unlimited and should be expected on a regular basis — candidates must be willing and able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when volume requires it. Overtime is compensated in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour law.
