Review contracts/agreements in respect of the legal terms; Draft contract templates for regular activities of the company.
Provide legal advice/support to stakeholder on various legal issues (corporate operations, purchasing, promotion programs, labeling, environment, trademarks, etc).
Handle licensing matters, including Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC), Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), Business License and other required licenses.
Draft, review, develop and manage company policies.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct internal training for employees on the corporate ethics and other company regulations and processes.
Prepare corporate files such as meeting minutes, Board of Directors and Members’ Councils resolutions, Limit of Authority (LOA), Powers of Attorneys (POA) and other corporate documents.
Conduct other legal and compliance tasks as assigned by the Legal Department.

Bachelor’s degree in law
1-2 years working experience as in-house legal executive or have dealt with MNC if working in the law firm
Having a Good Command of English
Good knowledge in legal matters relating to commercial, corporate and foreign investment
Strong contract review skill is a plus
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
