Work on real projects: Proposal, Technical solution, Commercial negotiation
Connect Engineering with Business
Translate customer needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Engineering, Supply chain
Work with regional teams (Japan, Malaysia)
Strategic Planning & Execution
Build pipeline, forecast sales
Track performance & report to management
Support strategic decisions for new business development
