Tổng quan

Project survey and design:
Survey new projects, and make survey reports
Prepare project design solutions and technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, manually or supported by software

Calculate quantity (BOM)
Prepare bidding documents.
Project construction management:
Prepare construction schedule and project methods statement
Prepare project implementation plans and work assignment tables at the project
Review and check design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings
Manage the legal document, quality document, quantity document
Manage Sub-contractors and technical team. Supervise and allocate resources
Implement construction plans and monitor projects to ensure Safety, Quality and Timeline
Inspection, testing and commissioning all of mechanical works
Check installation volume with Sub-contractors
Represent the Company to resolve problems arising during construction
Participate in meetings with Client and Sub-contractors
Coordinate with other department (Electrical, Construction, HSE...)
Make weekly and monthly reports to send management
