Manage customer support tickets from receipt to closure.
Coordinate activities among developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Track ticket progress and monitor project schedules.
Prepare customer-facing status updates, summaries, and completion reports.
Handle customer communications as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
Monitor SLA compliance and overall issue management performance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define work processes, discuss risks/issues, and track follow-up actions.
Monitor overall project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive summaries.
Maintain weekly/monthly operation reports for customers; prepare monthly management reports with insights on team performance and collaboration with business view.
Work closely with managers and leadership to support strategic planning and operational execution.
Managing schedules, meetings, reports, presentations, and internal/external communications
Taking meeting minutes and tracking tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Support program operational activities including scheduling, resource coordination, travel arrangements, and event logistics when necessary.
Assist leadership in managing upcoming schedules, commitments, and organizational priorities.
Support Managers in resource forecasting, contract planning, and hiring demand tracking.
