Tổng quan

  • Conduct site inspections and supervision of MEP works, including electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and utility systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
  • Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs and inspection plans prior to construction and inspection activities.
  • Coordinate inspection activities, material inspections, testing and commissioning works with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Witness and verify key tests and commissioning activities, including pressure tests, insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, functional tests and system commissioning.
  • Identify, report and follow up on non-conformances (NCRs), defects and technical issues until corrective actions are completed.
  • Monitor project progress, quality performance and construction risks, while maintaining accurate inspection records, reports and project documentation.
  • Support compliance with project HSE requirements and ensure effective coordination among clients, consultants, contractors and SGS project teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP construction supervision, QA/QC, site engineering, testing or commissioning for building and industrial projects.
  • Solid knowledge of MEP systems, including electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and QA/QC documentation.
  • Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors in a construction environment.
  • Good reporting, communication and problem-solving skills. English communication is an advantage.
  • Certifications in MEP supervision, QA/QC, HSE, or experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or Bluebeam are preferred.
