Prepare quotations for requests from Regional Sales Managers in North America/ Latin America/ Middle East/ Europe/ Asia Pacific.
In charge of the whole process of running design calculations, pricing tools, completing the official quotation and other relevant documents for Project Tender submission on time.
Collaborate with other internal divisions and external suppliers to collect documents/ information/ drawings/ updated costing/ technical clarifications/ project schedule for proposal stage.
Consult Regional Sales Managers to have an appropriate solution for CST products to meet customer requests.
Prepare reports of Salesforce, VBM, Stage Gate – CST Industries internal systems.
Coordinate with related departments to keep updating CST systems of Salesforce, VBM, Stage Gate.
Support project management team during post order stage if needed.
Continuously streamline the workflow to have the best result/ practices.
