Visit and establish cooperation with local developers, consultants, and facade contractors to promote and introduce CS ECO products and solutions.
Execute tasks and assignments directed by the Team Leader and Sales Director, while complying with the company's management systems, policies, and regulations.
Prepare and submit sales reports, market updates, and sales plans to the Team Leader and Sales Director.
Expand and strengthen the CS ECO brand presence in the Vietnam market.
Conduct market analysis, identify market trends, and follow up on potential and ongoing projects.
Propose innovative ideas and business improvement initiatives to management when appropriate.
Collect, organize, and maintain project and customer information, ensuring all engineering project and customer records are complete and up to date.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, project owners, architects, facade consultants, facade contractors, and general contractors.
Achieve assigned regional sales targets and manage accounts receivable collections.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of project contracts under assigned responsibility, ensuring successful execution and achievement of all sales performance indicators and assessment targets.
Track project progress, identify business opportunities, and provide timely feedback to management to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
