Tổng quan

Own the end-to-end production process: from sample development (in coordination with QC/Technical Design team) to bulk production and Production - Order allocation across factories.
Manage and optimize production lead time; ensure production capacity meets business growth and demand plans.
Partner with the Sourcing/Partner Management team on factory capacity planning, allocation strategy, and supplier performance.
Co-own inventory health with the Fulfillment Team Lead: plan replenishment and production schedules to maintain healthy stock levels while minimizing holding costs and risks.
Reduce merchandise cost through efficient production planning, allocation, and supplier negotiation (with the Partner Management team).
Enhance product quality in collaboration with Technical Designers and manufacturers to reduce customer return/refund rates.
Lead Risk and Loss (RAL) mitigation initiatives across the production process.
Act as Business Owner for production-related SCM system features.
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
