Handle filing, prosecution, status tracking, and renewal across trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and copyright in international markets — including clearance searches, keeping track of application status, and paying maintenance/renewal fees on time.
Keep the IP portfolio in good shape — tracking deadlines, reviewing what to maintain or newly file, and flagging anything that needs attention.
Support IP enforcement on e-commerce platforms — monitoring for infringement, handling takedowns, and coordinating with external counsel and authorities to resolve cases.
Assist in reviewing and negotiating IP clauses in commercial contracts (licensing, distribution, and manufacturing agreements), helping to flag IP risk.
Provide day-to-day IP support to internal teams on campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and general questions.
