Provide legal advice to the business and its leaders based on an excellent understanding of the local law context and business needs.
Lead patent and trademark registration for all apparel products and build a strong, defensible global IP portfolio.
Lead end-to-end document drafting, review, negotiation, and execution—with a focus on language, terms, and wording to minimize risk.
Own and aggressively execute the full copyright / patent / trademark infringement takedown process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external law firms: independently decide when to escalate unfamiliar or complex cases, brief counsel, control costs, and implement advice effectively.
Review and finalize Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, vendor agreements, influencer contracts, marketplace policies, and all partner-facing documents to ensure maximum legal protection and full alignment with business objectives.
