Tổng quan

  • System & Infrastructure Management
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, MFA, Privileged Identity Management, and administrator-level configuration.
  • Manage Active Directory (including inter-forest migrations, upgrades, and AD Connect deployments).
  • Implement automation and configuration management tools to drive operational efficiency.
  • Plan and execute high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Security Operations & Compliance
  • Collaborate closely with DevSecOps and Technical Architecture teams to ensure server security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patching activities remain up to date.
  • Monitor and manage enterprise Anti-Virus platforms and vulnerability remediation efforts.
  • Administer and maintain SIEM solutions for log collection, threat detection, and incident correlation.
  • Enforce security policies, compliance configurations, and data loss prevention (DLP) controls.
  • Office 365 & Cloud Services Administration
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 services including:• Microsoft Intune (device management and endpoint compliance)
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) (identity, SSO, access control, MFA, PIM)
  • Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms
  • Implement and manage policies related to compliance, email security, and information governance.
  • Support integration and governance across Microsoft workloads, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Operational Support & Communication
  • Support the secure adoption and governance of AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities, by helping define usage policies, access controls, data protection requirements, and user enablement practices.
  • Provide advanced support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
  • Collaborate with end-users and IT support teams to deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Lead root cause analysis, documentation, and follow-up on incidents and outages.
  • Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure design, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change logs.
  • Support internal/external audits by providing system evidence, logs, and reports.
  • Contribute to IT policy development and security awareness efforts.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Must-Have
  • 3+ years of experience in a system administration or infrastructure operations role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:• Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Azure/Entra ID)
  • Security systems (SIEM, Antivirus, DLP)
  • Basic Linux administration and scripting experience, including Bash and PowerShell.
  • Experience configuring and supporting end-user hardware (desktops, laptops, printers).
  • Knowledge of security tools such as disk encryption, endpoint protection, and local firewalls.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve IT operations, documentation, troubleshooting, reporting, or user support workflows.
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

Yêu cầu

  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI usage, Microsoft Copilot administration, or AI-enabled security and productivity tooling.
  • Experience with IT audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST).
  • Familiarity with automation/configuration tools.
  • Exposure to IAM systems, compliance platforms, and backup solutions.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator – AZ-104
  • Cloud certifications related to Azure or Microsoft 365 administration, such as Intune, Entra ID, or SharePoint.
  • SC-300: Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator Associate
  • MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator (Expert)
