Lead process engineering support for daily production operations to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing performance.
Coordinate engineering resources and provide technical leadership to resolve major process-related issues.
Drive process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, yield, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Analyze production data, identify process improvement opportunities, and monitor implementation effectiveness.
Lead trial runs, process validation activities, new product introductions, and production ramp-up projects.
Support factory readiness, commissioning activities, and manufacturing start-up projects.
Provide hands-on shopfloor support and ensure process standards and operating procedures are consistently followed.
Coach engineers, supervisors, and operators on process best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
Lead and develop Process Engineers and Process Technicians through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and capability development.
