Operating warehouse:
Deploy and strictly manage the delivery process
Ensure requirements on status and cost of goods in the warehouse as well as supplies, tools, stationery
Manage work and develop human resources of warehouse:
Manage resources, ensure employees work with the highest productivity
Train, develop job skills for employees, timely train of alternative resources
Improve service quality:
Offer ideas to develop the department, improve work efficiency
Predict potential hazards and provide timely preventive measures
Maintain a good working relationship both inside and outside the company, cooperate, discuss with other departments to provide solutions
Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to section
Setting orientations and methods to increase labor productivity, working spirit and solidarity in warehouse
Making & training SOP for operation
Studying, building new projects, new Customers
