Tổng quan

Handle and respond to customer quality claims; prepare and issue claim reports to customers.
Analyze defective samples and collaborate with relevant departments to identify root causes.
Issue corrective action forms and monitor implementation progress until completion.
Communicate with the Sales team regarding quality-related questions and issues.
Support team members and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering or related fields.
At least 1 years of experience in QC or customer complaint handling.
Good at English communication
Good command of Microsoft Office.
