Responsible for quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate the shelving and inventory management of returned packages, ensuring timely processing daily, weekly, and monthly.
Collaborate closely with the Vietnam customer service team to ensure seamless workflow in the returns process.
Communicate and coordinate with the Shanghai headquarters to optimize the efficiency of the returns process.
Maintain healthy inventory turnover for returns, preventing stockpile issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Report weekly and monthly progress to the Customer Service Head, providing updates and process optimization insights.
Adapt to global standardized training, and can train local team to operate small appliances reasonably
