Declare tax reports of shipping industry.
Consolidate whole VN branches' monthly/yearly report.
HQ Financial Consolidation System data maintain.
Prepare VAT, FCT monthly report
Calculate foreign contract tax (FCT) and create declaration to tax website, Posting FCT amount to FAST
Calculating difference exchange rate
Posting bank transaction of USD (CTBC, MSB, MZH)
Posting bank transaction of MSB-VND related to LFC, internal remittance, salary payment
Posting bank transaction of MZH-VND
Posting SGA deduction via LFC
Posting expense monthly by posting input VAT invoice
Track depreciation of fixed assets and prepaid expenses
Posting internal transaction between HCM and YMS branch, reconcile internal AR/AP with YMS branch
Statistics, FDI report to government
Some task from CA.
Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Minimum of 2 year experience working in shipping line is priority.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
Having sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit
