Dynamic Games is seeking an Art Director / Junior Art Director to lead and guide a team of artists in creating compelling visual experiences for games.
Communicate artistic vision to team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Production Director, programmers, designers, and QA.
Set visual targets, create style guides, and ensure quality standards.
Oversee art pipeline, assign tasks, and review assets.
Foster a safe, respectful work environment.

5+ years in game development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Core lead credit on a minimum of two shipped games.
Strong understanding of art fundamentals (lighting, composition, anatomy, etc.).
Proficiency with industry-standard art software (e.g., Photoshop, 3D tools).
Excellent English reading and comprehension.
Proven ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
