Tổng quan

  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Source industrial products, MRO supplies, equipment, and manufacturing components based on customer requirements.
  • Request and compare quotations; negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow the procurement process from inquiry to delivery.
  • Coordinate with Chinese suppliers/trading partners regarding quotations, specifications, lead times, and order status.
  • Support the Sales team with product sourcing and customer quotations.
  • Import & Export Coordination
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, and shipping companies.
  • Prepare and check import/export documents such as PO, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and related documents.
  • Track shipment schedules and coordinate to resolve customs, logistics, and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and import/export records.
  • Customer & Supplier Coordination
  • Coordinate between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide customers with order updates and respond to purchasing-related inquiries.
  • Work with suppliers on product specifications, quality issues, delivery schedules, warranty, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare procurement reports and purchasing-related analysis.
  • Monitor order progress and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Perform other procurement and supply chain-related tasks assigned by management.
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Import/Export, or a related field.
  • Experience with industrial products, MRO supplies, automation equipment, or manufacturing materials is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and import/export documentation is preferred.
  • Language Skills
  • Chinese: Fluent – mandatory, for communication and negotiation with Fluent Chinese – mandatory, for effective communication and negotiation with the company’s foreign managers and leaders, as well as Chinese suppliers and business partners.
  • Vietnamese: Fluent.
  • English: Good communication skills are an advantage.
