- Coordinate the preparation, collection, transportation, storage, tracking, and
- return of product samples for development, production, and photo shooting.
- Support photo shooting preparation, including product cleaning, styling
- steaming, shaping cushions/pillows, and arranging products and props.
- Create and manage material item codes and accessories for both
- development and production stages; ensure all information is accurate and up
- to date.
- Verify material consumption from Development/Production teams and
- create/update BOM (Bill of Materials) accordingly.
- Support the preparation and updating of Tech Packs and other technical
- documents.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Production, PMC, and other relevant
- teams to ensure timely sample and production preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, materials, and related documents.
- Continuously improve coordination and material/sample management
- processes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
