- Conduct feasibility evaluation with internal teams.
- Prepare project timeline and follow up progress.
- Coordinate development sample preparation.
- Follow up material development status.
- Support machine and tooling preparation.
- Collect feedback and ensure revisions are completed.
- Prepare PP sample submission.
- Coordinate PP sample production with related teams.
- Submit samples for approval and follow up final approval status.
- Support product picture preparation for sales usage if required.
- Support BOM and material consumption calculation.
- Confirm product specifications with related departments.
- Coordinate sourcing activities with purchasing team.
- Track material ETA to ensure production readiness.
- Support preparation and update of SOP.
- Support SMV verification.
- Coordinate machine requirement confirmation.
- Check material readiness before production launch.
- Coordinate with PMC for production planning.
