Tổng quan
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including cutting, crimping, sub-assembly, final assembly, and inspection processes
- Manage large workforce across multiple shifts, including operators, line leaders, and supervisors
- Ensure achievement of production targets (daily, weekly, monthly) with effective manpower deployment
- Drive operational discipline, standardization, and adherence to work practices
- Optimize manpower utilization, attendance, and workforce flexibility (multi-skilling, skill matrix)
- Drive productivity improvement (labor efficiency, output per hour, cycle time)
- Control direct labor cost, overtime, absenteeism, and attrition
- Lead line balancing, takt time improvement, and capacity optimization
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. IATF/ISO) and customer requirements
- Drive defect reduction, customer complaint prevention, and structured problem-solving initiatives
- Promote strong shopfloor safety culture and zero-incident mindset
- Manage manufacturing cost including labor, scrap, and consumables
- Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke)
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance through structured review and escalation processes
- Develop and coach supervisors and team leaders to improve capability and performance
- Manage industrial relations issues in a labor-intensive environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, PC&L, Quality, Maintenance, HR) to ensure smooth operations
- Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Comply with Versigent EHS policies and support site EHS objectives and targets
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible working environment
- Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and hazards
- Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Promote safety awareness, safe behaviour, and continuous EHS improvement
