Tổng quan

  • Own and deliver online sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all digital channels.
  • Drive growth through increased traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key marketplace partners and affiliate networks.
  • Secure participation in major campaigns, premium placements, and marketing support opportunities.
  • Oversee the performance and customer experience of flagship e-commerce websites.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Merchandising, and UX teams to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and marketplace sales activities.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, vouchers, bundles, flash sales, and live commerce initiatives.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams to optimize product assortment, stock availability, and inventory performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities, top-performing products, and key categories.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to optimize paid media, CRM, affiliate marketing, and
  • marketplace advertising.
  • Monitor business and marketing performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for management and regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Customer
  • Service, Finance, and external partners to drive business results and operational excellence.
