Tổng quan

Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, business travel, and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Assist in preparing project reports, business proposals, contracts, and management documents.
Monitor the progress of key tasks assigned by the Director and follow up with relevant departments.
Translate and interpret documents or meetings (Vietnamese ↔ English) when required.
Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and corporate files.
Perform other assignments as directed by the Director.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Economics, Construction Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, BOD Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in the construction, architecture, or interior fit-out industry is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
