  • CRM Strategy & Architecture:
  • ⚬ Serve as the primary platform owner, designing scalable Salesforce architecture and strategy for two distinct business lines (PowerPusher & Superior Decks & Rails).
  • ⚬ Evaluate business requests, act as a strategic advisor to recommend optimal solutions rather than just executing tickets, and establish system governance standards.
  • ⚬ Proactively identify technical debt, simplify complex processes, and implement Salesforce release updates.
  • Hands-On Administration & Flow Automation:
  • ⚬ Manage day-to-day platform administration, including security/access (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets), custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • ⚬ Build, maintain, and optimize complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and minimize manual workload.
  • ⚬ Oversee release management, deployments, sandbox environments, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment:
  • ⚬ Optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle: lead routing, qualification, campaign attribution, and Sales-to-Marketing handoffs.
  • ⚬ Streamline operational workflows to reduce administrative burden and boost team productivity.
  • Data Governance & Integrations:
  • ⚬ Maintain high data quality through duplicate management, data cleansing, validation rules, and access controls.
  • ⚬ Monitor platform health and troubleshoot integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, website, analytics).
  • Analytics & Business Visibility:
  • ⚬ Design and maintain accurate Salesforce reports and dashboards tracking core KPIs (lead volume, pipeline, win rates, campaign performance, and revenue).
  • ⚬ Standardize data definitions across teams to support leadership decision-making.
  • User Adoption & Enablement:
  • ⚬ Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Sales, Marketing, and operational teams.
  • ⚬ Create clear user documentation, monitor user adoption, and continuously refine user experience.
