Provide first- and second-level support to internal users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues in a timely manner
Manage and prioritize user requests through a ticketing system
Ensure clear communication and follow-up with stakeholders
Ensure harmonization of Business Central configurations across multiple companies/entities
Define and promote best practices and standard processes
Support governance of master data and system usage
Act as a key contributor to system optimization initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting
Propose and document enhancements aligned with business needs
Collaborate with IT and external partners when required
Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and knowledge base documentation
Support onboarding and training of new users
Promote adoption of standard processes and tools
