Develop and set up the e-commerce store across relevant platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, or other suitable channels.
Develop the e-commerce sales strategy and monthly/quarterly growth plans.
Work with internal team (digital marketing and video editor) to drive Traffic to e-com store
Store & Customer Experience Optimization (product page improvement, Analyze customer behavior, Improve store conversion, Monitor customer reviews, questions and feedback)
Monitor key e-commerce KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, advertising performance and product performance.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Other task assigned by direct manager
