- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments, including booking, shipment planning, monitoring, and timely execution across assigned trade lanes.
- Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of landing, certificates, and other transport-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure seamless shipment execution and proactive issue resolution.
- Monitor shipment milestones, identify operational risks, and resolve exceptions to minimize delays and maintain service quality.
- Ensure customs clearance requirements and documentation comply with applicable local and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, operational data, and documentation in the company's operating systems.
- Provide professional customer support by responding promptly to shipment enquiries, status updates, and operational issues.
- Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Transport, Finance, and other internal departments to support efficient logistics operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement.
- Support, coach, and share operational knowledge with junior team members when required.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
