- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate and administer personal income tax (PIT), social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Quyền lợi
- Manage employee data and update information in the HR system.
- Support labor contract administration and employee benefits programs.
- Prepare HR reports related to payroll, labor costs, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- At least 2 years of experience in Payroll/C&B.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing, PIT, and social insurance regulations.
- Experience using HR software or payroll systems.
- Good Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with confidential information.
- Working time: Mon - Sat, 8h-17h
- Shuttle bus from Dong Nai, Binh Duong to Tay Ninh
- Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm
