Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly hiring plans aligned with company OKRs, managing full-cycle recruitment for leadership and business-critical roles to ensure quality, volume, and turnaround targets are met.
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and manage Talent Acquisition Executives, setting clear KPIs, driving continuous professional development, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Process Optimization & Metrics: Streamline end-to-end hiring workflows, standardize assessment criteria, and track key recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Cost per Hire) to continuously boost efficiency.
Employer Branding & Sourcing: Expand talent pipelines, strengthen external networks, university partnerships, and professional communities to enhance the company‘s employer brand and candidate experience.
