Delivery & handling weekly master plan/daily production schedule to meet 100% production
attainment, on time OTD, shipment on time & optimize inventory for WIP & FG.
Performing/tracking demand orders from customer well on system.
Performing Weekly loading & capacity analysis rolling 12 months, proposal solution if any
constraint
Maintain daily/weekly level load master planning in 12 weeks to meet customer demand and
balance resource: Headcount, line capacity, fixture
Maintain daily/weekly Production detail planning rolling 3 weeks properly to secure delivery
plan base on Master production schedule
Performing production detail planning in ERP – Oracle, controlling Job order, balancing daily
headcount, minimize change over, meet overtime target
Closely work & driving Production team & relative function to deliver 100% attainment, no
delay Promise OTD
Closely work & driving Shipping team & WH team for best daily loading shipment plan
Projects follow up
Control inventory both turn days & amount to meet the target for WIP & FG
Continues improvement and build workflow clearly for deliver good performance
Proactive in driving/solving problem which impact to production detail plan
