Leads coordinates and perform activities associated with all supplier improvement programs.
Lead the supplier OPEX activities to support group strategy.
Support the supplier selection and approval process by performing factory assessments.
Support the ongoing monitoring and improvement of supplier quality systems by performing
quality system assessments according to plan.
Involvement in the training and development of new suppliers.
Facilitation of supplier improvement activity required as a result of product audits, customer
audits, or field issues. Must lead the supplier through the process of problem definition, root
cause analysis, solution finding, implementation, and verification.
Onsite review the whole process to identify opportunity of cost down, lead time reduction
quality improvement.
Benchmarking world-class suppliers to assist present supplier base and identify future
suppliers.
Develop OPEX training metrics and provide OPEX training internal and external.
