Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.
Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.
Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance.
Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method).
Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
Line audit, Gemba Walk.
Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.
Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.
Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if needed.
