Course Development & Training Delivery: Being one of the internal trainer resource.
Recruitment Operations & Candidate Placement
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate job-fit and cultural alignment.
Present offer and compensation package proposal to leadership for finalization the appointment letter.
Training Capability: Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions.
Market Knowledge:
Understood of industry-specific talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize tasks to meet hiring deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills for building the relationship with candidates and internal stakeholders with the empathetic mindset required and paired with the commercial acumen needed to satisfy business objectives.
Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in dual-responsibility settings (balancing structured training timelines with fast-paced recruitment operations).
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and innovative solutions.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
At least experiences from 10 years of manufacturing industry, FMCG or F&B sector
Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong English communication skills.
