Tổng quan
- Establish and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead by product / SKU; keep ERP cost master data current
- Prepare monthly production performance reports including CM1 (Contribution Margin) by product, production line, and customer; track aging stocks
- Perform monthly cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), investigate root causes, and present findings with actionable recommendations
- Reconcile and verify inventory valuation (raw material, WIP, finished goods) and monthly COGS by product line
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and track financial impact
- Prepare KPI dashboards and support quarterly business-review materials for management
Yêu cầu
- 🎓 Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- ⏱ Experience
- 5–7 years in cost accounting, cost control, or financial analysis
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ERP experience
- 💻 Technical skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, power query, financial modelling)
- SAP CO/FI modules or equivalent ERP system
- Strong grasp of BOM, routing, and cost-centre structures
- 🌐 Language
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to prepare and present management reports in English
- SOFT SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication across cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet fixed month-end and year-end deadlines under pressure
