Review, analyze gaps, make recommendations on all main and subcontract agreements signed by VSP on the project
Analyze and provide recommendations to any request raised by client VSP
Analyze and provide recommendations for any request related to claims
Actively participate to Risk Management: Prepare and update Risk register, Analyze risks, report to SYSYRA and VSP on Risk register
Liaise directly with VSP on Contract / Claim / Risk matters and actively organize regular / non-regular meetings with VSP and other stakeholders
Assist in clarification of legal framework in Vietnam: Clarify list of Vietnamese Decrees and Laws applicable on the project, summarize main findings for International Contract manager
Assist in checking and advising on contractual rights and obligations of SYSYRA towards VSP with respect to LC contract: Make sure scope of work of LC is fulfilled, answering any complain from VSP related to application of our contract, payment issues, etc.
Participate in finalization and update of Risk Management Plan and other LC deliverables related to contract and risks
Contribute to other disciplines (technical) whenever contract issues are involved
Help prepare contractual letters to VSP
Participate in the overall reporting of the project: Weekly Meetings / Monthly
Reports / Risk register
The Contract – Claim Manager is expected to be fully mobilized in Hanoi. Frequent missions to HCMC may be required for short-term.
