Tổng quan

Support daily logistics operations, including shipment coordination and tracking
Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery notes)
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely deliver
Assist in import/export documentation and customs procedures (if applicable)
Maintain accurate logistics data and filing systems
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good command of English is an advantage.
