Tổng quan

Develop and standardize electrical and automation systems across all company factories.
Guide local engineering teams in troubleshooting complex electrical and PLC issues.
Lead major automation upgrade and equipment integration projects.
Coordinate with internal departments, factories and contractors during project implementation.
Monitor project progress and quality, and prepare regular status reports.
Train and mentor technicians and engineers in industrial sensors, robotics and drive systems.
Develop and manage technical internship programs, including recruitment, training and evaluation for potential employment.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and factory automation; leadership experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs and industrial networks.
Strong ability to read electrical schematics and understand control logic.
Experience in leading and supporting engineering teams across multiple factories.
Strong coordination, problem-solving and project management skills.
Good English communication and reporting skills.
