  • This is a customer/OEM-specific position. Responsible for managerial and technical work involving the development and design of one or more components involved in a product.
  • The Program Manager is responsible for managerial the technical work involving the development and design of one or more components involved in a product.
  • Program Manager chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các công việc kỹ thuật liên quan đến việc phát triển và thiết kế một hoặc nhiều linh kiện/bộ phận trong sản phẩm.
  • Manages program budget and timeline, leads the PDT and is primary liaison with Customers, Sales, Design, Estimating, Accounting, Quality and Manufacturing.
  • Comply with SPI policies and procedures. Promote and comply with environmental policies. Comply with the policies for Health and Safety at Work and any other applicable instruction.
  • Participates in the development and review of the quote upon program new business award.
  • Responsible for engineering change requests (External RFQ’s) that impact tooling and/or product pricing.
  • Works with sales and manufacturing to support resolution of production piece price amendments (3PAs), sales orders (SOs), cost discrepancies and debits that affect profitability.
  • Responsible for completing the program within the design, engineering and tooling budgets agreed to for the program.
  • Manages PEs, MEs, QEs and Designers as it relates to program timing, budget, quality, customer satisfaction, KBPD and launch activities.
  • Assures documentation is maintained on all program activity. Evidence of activities to be kept in the program area in SharePoint.
