General Ledger & Daily Operations:
Record and verify daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and revenues).
Prepare and issue VAT invoices to customers accurately and on time.
Reconcile bank balances, cash flow, and vendor accounts on a regular basis.
Tax Compliance & Reporting:
Declare and file monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, Personal Income Tax - PIT, Corporate Income Tax - CIT) in accordance with local regulations.
Prepare annual tax finalization reports and assist with external audit procedures.
Stay up-to-date with changes in local tax laws and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Financial Reporting & Maintenance:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain precise, organized physical and digital accounting files and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
