Handle end-to-end coordination with shipping lines/carriers for bookings and shipments.
Generate and manage bookings through manual and online shipping line portals.
Coordinate with customers and follow up on Shipping Instructions (SI) and VGM submission.
Handle rate filing with shipping lines and coordinate rate-related matters.
Monitor booking status, vessel schedules, cut-off times, and shipment milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, overseas agents, and shipping lines to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and documentation records.
Follow up on schedule changes, rollovers, delays, and other operational issues.
Provide timely updates to customers and resolve day-to-day shipment/documentation issues.
