Tổng quan

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring smooth order fulfillment from order entry through delivery.
Prepare and process customer quotations accurately and within the required
timeline.
Monitor and follow up on open orders, backorders, and pending deliveries to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain close communication with customers and provide timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and other relevant matters.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, including quality issues, pull-in/push-out requests, delivery delays, and other order-related matters.
Proactively identify issues, coordinate with relevant internal teams, and provide effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and other internal
departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain strong and professional customer relationships through effective
communication, proactive follow-up, and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including
inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with team members to identify operational issues, propose solutions, and participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to overall sales and
operational effectiveness.
